Submit a revised plan showing construction of 120 <br /> townhouse units phased for construction in a <br /> sequence equivalent to that contained in condition <br /> 12. <br /> 2. That an additional turn lane be constructed on <br /> Eubanks Road at its intersection with NC 86 in <br /> accordance with NCDOT specifications, with final <br /> plans approved by the County Manager and NCDOT <br /> prior to construction. <br /> 3. That a payment in lieu of dedication of recreation <br /> area in the amount of $10.702 be made at the time <br /> of final subdivision plan approval or within one <br /> year of approval of the preliminary subdivision <br /> plan, whichever comes first (Approval of a Planned <br /> Development Housing/Special Use Permit would <br /> constitute preliminary subdivision plan approval. ) . <br /> and that 2.41 acres of private recreation space be <br /> provided for the use of townhouse residents. <br />
