Jane Garrett <br /> explained this was based on the speed limit. She <br /> indicated that the staff would ensure enforcement <br /> • through inspections. Yuhasz indicated this should <br /> not be a' condition of approval, since he felt there <br /> was no mechanism for- enforcement. He recommended <br /> that condition #1 should be deleted. Eubanks Road Townhouses <br /> The presentation was made by Marvin Collins. <br /> This agenda item is to consider for- approval the <br /> proposed planned development rezoning and Class <br /> • Special Use Permit request submitted by John Loving <br /> for the project known as Eubanks Road Townhouses. <br /> This item was considered at public' hearings on <br /> April 3, 1986, May 5, 1986 and October 13, 1986. <br /> The project is in the Joint Planning Area. The . <br /> Planning Staff is recommending approval with three <br /> additional conditions in addition to the 19 that <br /> were recommended at the October 13, 1986 public <br /> hearing: <br /> 1. That a revised site plan be submitted showing <br /> construction of 120 townhouse units phased for <br /> construction in a sequence equivalent to that <br /> contained in condition #12. <br /> 2. That a left turn lane be constructed on <br /> Eubanks Road at its intersection with N.C. 86 <br /> in accordance with NCDOT specifications, with <br /> final plans approved by the County Manager and <br /> NCDOT prior to construction. <br /> 3.
