Specifically, as improvements are completed in <br /> each phase, a corresponding amount of money may be <br /> released from the security instruments or the security <br /> instruments may be renegotiated based on the "yet to do" <br /> portion of the improvements. <br /> 16. That the development be built and operating according to <br /> the site plan and written narrative supplied by the <br /> developer and in compliance with the above conditions. <br /> 17 . That roads, parking areas, walkways, street signs, <br /> utilities, recreation facilities and sites, and <br /> landscaping be maintained as constructed. That the continued validity and effectiveness of this <br /> approval is expressly conditioned upon compliance with <br /> or fulfillment of these conditions, and upon compliance <br /> with applicable provisions of the Orange County <br /> Zoning Ordinance and the Chapel Hill Development <br /> Ordinance and regulations thereunder. <br /> 22.
