May, 5. 1986. and October 13. 1986. The project is in <br /> the Joint Planning Area. <br /> To receive the Chapel Hill Town Council and Orange County <br /> Planning Board recommendations. <br /> NEED: John Loving is requesting a planned development rezoning of <br /> property located on the north side of Eubanks Road (SR 1727) <br /> west of the I-40/NC86 Interchange in Chapel Hill Township. <br /> The property is known as Tax Map 18 Lot 8 for Chapel Hill <br /> Township. <br /> The parcel contains 19.2 acres or 837.059 square feet. <br /> The property is located within an area designated Twenty <br /> Year Transition in the adopted Orange County Land Use Plan. <br /> A Land Use Plan amendment redesignating the property from <br /> Rural Buffer to Twenty Year Transition was approved June 4. <br /> 1984. <br /> MEMMOMEmmommEmmEmmy <br />
