126 <br /> IMPACT: A public hearing was scheduled for November 24. <br /> 1986 to consider proposed amendments addressing <br /> concerns with Section IV-B-8-c-1. However/ the <br /> matter was withdrawn from hearing at the request <br /> of the Planning Board. <br /> Placing a moratorium on the Section IV-B-8-c-1 <br /> would permit the Planning Board Ordinance Review <br /> Committee to study the provisions and relieve <br /> property owners and developers of complying with <br /> standards which may be changed. The Planning <br /> Board Chair has secured the services of a <br /> Landscape Architect. the UNC Forester, and a <br /> developer for assistance in reviewing the <br /> landscaping standards. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Recommend that moratorium be placed on Section <br /> IV-B-8-c-1 of the Subdivision Regulations pending <br /> further study of the standards and a <br /> recommendation of the Planning Board. <br />
