Use categories which <br /> further' eicpand the zoning districts. This list may not include <br /> every location to be considered or recommended for reziming. <br /> Legion Road Near Europa Drive: <br /> - The west 'side of Legion- Road south of its intersection with <br /> Europa Drive is currently within the Community Commercial (CC)- 5ts <br /> zoning district. -This area is designated on the Land Use Plan as <br /> • office use generally, with the Hampton Inn site shown as mixed <br /> use. The Zoning Atlas should be changed to 01-2 in order for ; <br /> this area to reflect the Land Use Plan designations. <br /> Eastowne at Interstate 40 - <br /> Between Eastowne Drive and Interstate 40 the land is zoned R-5. <br /> On the Land Use Plan this area appears within the mixed use <br /> category. We suggest the rezoning of this R-5 area to a mixed <br /> use zoning district such as MU-On. <br /> Dobbins Drive West of Sage Road: '- <br /> Between Sage Road and Erwin Road, a portion of the property <br /> fronting on Dobbins Drive is designated as mixed use on the Land 1: <br /> Use Plan. The land is zoned R-4. We suggest that this area be <br /> rezoned to MU-0I1 in accord with the Land Use Plan. <br /> University Property on Mason Farm Road: <br /> On the north side of Mason Farm Road just east of Purefoy Road <br /> there is a portion of University property (generally triangular <br /> in shape) that is. zoned R-1. The Land Use Plan designates this • <br /> area as University use. We suggest that this property be rezoned <br /> to 01-3 as designated on the Land Use Plan.
