The Council did not call <br /> a public hearing but instead referred the item to the Manager and <br /> requested a comprehensive review of the Town's zoning districts <br /> in relation to the recently adopted Land Use Plan. <br /> The attached report discusses present and recommended zoning as <br /> its relates to the Land use Plan and outlines several options. <br /> Resolution 1 calls a public hearing in February to consider the <br /> creation of a new low density residential zoning district. <br /> Resolution 2 calls a public hearing in April to consider a <br /> comprehensive rezoning to bring the Zoning Atlas into greater <br /> conformity with the Land Use Plan. <br /> • <br /> • <br />
