Development Ordinance will be referred to the <br /> • County for adoption. <br /> - (Not applicable under the' existing <br /> agreement. ) <br /> Included with the agenda abstract are recently <br /> received comments and an alternate agreement <br /> draft which the Town of Carrboro staff has <br /> submitted. The Carrboro Board of Aldermen will <br /> consider the alternate draft and the County <br /> proposed agreement on November 18. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Department recommends approval <br /> of the proposed revisions with one change — <br /> revise the first sentence of Section 1.2 C to <br /> read as follows: <br /> C. - Rural Buffer. The area designated on <br /> the Joint Planning Area Land Use Map as such and <br /> designated in the Joint Planning Area Land Use <br /> Plan as Rural Residential, Agricultural and Water <br /> Quality Critical Area, including adjacent areas <br /> designated Public/Private Open Space and Resource <br /> Conservation and Extractive/Disposal • Use <br /> • (American Stone Quarry) . <br /> The proposed change will clarify the Agreement by. <br /> indicating all Land Use Plan designations which - <br /> • fall within the Rural Buffer . <br /> The Planning Board Chair is to propose <br /> administrative provisions for consideration by <br /> the Board of Commissioners. <br />
