In those areas of Orange County which areUu I not zoned, the minimum lot size shall be determined by the waste disposal and water supply system. 2. Amend Section IV-B-8 LANDSCAPING AND BUFFER REQUIREMENTS by excluding minor subdivisions from the provisions of this section, deleting standards which require the planting of trees in side and rear yard setbacks, open space and recreation areas, and clarifying provisions pertaining to the application of buffer standards and maintenance of newly installed vegetation. , . Those wishing to oppose the proposals must provide • competent material and substantial evidence as to the specific manner in which they are opposed to the amendments. - Following the close of the public hearings only evidence presented at - • public hearing will be • examined by the Planning Board and Board of County Commissioners for decision. .
