' Finally, the commissioners certainly should not forsake but should do possible to procure both federal and state grant-in-aid assistance they elect to proceed with development of an airport. Neither the nor the county can reasonably fund that development alone, nor can a combination do so without great strain and adverse impact on n othor needed airport development throughout the state. We will certainly any efforts by Orange County in that regard on both the federal and state levels and believe that there is a ve.ry real. prospect of consider- able federal funding being obtainable over the -.)ext spqeral years. With the state grant-in-aid program now being funded t o he extent of state aviation tax receipts, there would appear to be Very gobd prospects of state availability as well .
