The Carrboro Board of Aldermen will <br /> consider the alternate draft and the County <br /> proposed agreement on November 18. <br /> RECCOMMENDATION: Refer the County proposed agreement to <br /> the Orange County Planning Board for <br /> recommendation as required under the existing <br /> agreement.
