The intent is to raise the lake by one <br /> foot but for the design to be capable of raising the lake two m. <br /> feet. <br /> The <br /> questionnaire would hel p to determine concerns about <br /> and/or support for raising the lake level. Also answers to <br /> the questions would help the County Attorney to assess the <br /> extent to which overlapping titles exist. <br /> IMPACT: Cost for engineering is stated as a not-to-exceed figure of <br /> $10,000. Actual charges would be billed at a rate of 225 <br /> times the payroll cost of individuals actually assigned to the <br /> project. The total is expected to be less than the not-to- <br /> exceed figure. <br /> �xa <br /> �f 9 <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : <br /> Approve the engineering agreement and proposed survey. <br />
