W. Ward Construction Company <br /> for changes within the building which were unknown at the time <br /> of the contract. <br /> NEED: 1. Install insulation above the suspended ceiling in the rear <br /> portion of the building. This was not included in the <br /> original scope-of-work put out for bid. <br /> Cost $1,989 <br /> 2. Replace brick behind the front facade canopy which was <br /> removed. Cull brick was there previously and must be <br /> filled before painting ($156) . Paint block wall inside <br /> building where paneling was removed due to termites <br /> ($505. 00) . <br /> Cost $661 <br /> 3. Install sheet rock in a section where ceiling tile does <br /> not exist ($503) and paint the ceiling tiles to match the <br /> remainder of the ceiling ($2,868) . <br /> Cost $3,371 <br /> 4. Add an access door to the plumbing chase as this was not <br /> included in the original scope-of-work ($66) . Add a sup- <br /> port post to a four foot wall ($101) . <br /> 5. Change Order #1 called for removal of about 500 square <br /> feet of terrazzo tile. Removal caused the concrete to be <br /> pitted.
