Also the return air duct must be <br /> moved to a centralized open area for heating and cooling <br /> efficiency. <br /> IMPACT: The total cost for both items is <br /> $750. 00 and would come from <br /> the contingency in the <br /> project budget. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : <br /> Approve change order. <br />
