The <br /> deleted clauses reference services not required for condemna- <br /> tion appraisals. The amount of compensation will remain <br /> $150.00 per parcel . <br /> IMPACT: Although preliminary appraisal work has begun, on site <br /> appraisals will begin after contract approval. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : <br /> • <br /> Approve revisrbd' appraisal services contract for the Efland <br /> sewer project. <br /> „.4 <br />
