C. 27278 <br /> Dear Ken: <br /> Re SE&S Ordinance for Chapel Hill - Enforcement Agreement; Request by <br /> the Town Council for Presentation <br /> On September 22, the Town Council adopted the enclosed ordinance and <br /> resolution as previously submitted to you. <br /> We are therefore enclosing a proposed agreement between the County <br /> and the Town for enforcement of the ordinance. The agreement is <br /> ready for signing if it is acceptable to you. If you or your staff <br /> have any need, to discuss the proposed agreement, please feel free to <br /> call Greg Feller at 968-2745. <br /> Before adopting the ordinance, the Town Council members asked <br /> questions about enforcement procedures and policies such as minimizing <br /> uncovered areas and putting dawn ground cover before full completion <br /> of large projects. <br /> The Council asked that the Erosion Control Officer come to a future <br /> meeting to make a presentation on the ordinance and its enforcement. <br /> We would be most appreciative if Mr. Faircloth would come to the <br /> November 24 Town Council meeting.
