SE and S Ordinance within the Town limits / <br /> including portions located in Durham County. <br /> NEED: On August 31► 1986. the Town of Chapel Hill <br /> annexed certain areas in Durham County. On <br /> September 22/ 1986 . the Town adopted a Soil <br /> Erosion and Sedimentation. Control Ordinance <br /> substantially identical to the Orange County <br /> ordinance so that the Town regulations would <br /> apply in all of Chapel Hill/ including areas of <br /> Durham County. The Town desires that Orange <br /> County continue enforcement procedures in all of <br /> Chapel Hill and requests that Orange County <br /> approve and execute the attached agreement. <br /> IMPACT: Soil erosion and sedimentation control <br /> enforcement would continue on the same basis if <br /> the proposed agreement is executed. The <br /> agreement would require notice to the Town of <br /> enforcement actions taken and approval of fee <br /> schedules if different from those applicable in <br /> the County's jurisdiction. The agreement could <br /> be terminated upon 1.20 days' advance written <br /> notice and amended upon mutual concurrence by the <br />
