It is <br /> the desire of both parties to renew under the same terms and <br /> conditions as was approved at that time. <br /> IMPACT: Monthly rental of $200 per month will remain the same. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Approve lease renewal with Centel for a period of <br /> one year beginning December 1, 1986 and ending <br /> November 30, 1987. <br />
