Motion was made by Commissioner Carey, seconded by Chair <br /> Willhoit to draw up an engineering service agreement to <br /> be brought back to the Board for approval to proceed with <br /> the engineering design to raise the level of Lake Orange <br /> by one foot but for the design to be capable of raising <br /> the Lake two feet with the use of flashboards and to further <br /> authorize the County Manager to complete a survey of the <br /> Lake Orange property owners to determine their concerns <br /> about and support for this project. <br />
