The net amount required is approximately <br /> $7,800 of which $2,000 would be paid for by the State. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : <br /> 1. Approve a lease with Murray Enterprises, Inc. at a five <br /> year cost of $1,200 monthly for the first two years and a <br /> 5% annual increase thereafter, for space at Plantation <br /> Plaza, Carrboro, N. C. for the purpose of accommodating <br /> the Driver's License facility maintained in Southern <br /> Orange County and to provide a satelite facility for the <br /> Sheriff's Department; <br /> 2. Authorize the Chair to sign on behalf of the County. <br />
