Items discussed at the meeting <br /> included staffing concerns and Planning <br /> Department work program objectives. The Planning <br /> Board would like to hold a similar meeting again <br /> this year and has recommended either December 4 <br /> or December 11 as a possible meeting date. <br /> Moorefields is recommended again as the meeting <br /> place. <br /> IMPACT: A joint meeting will allow Commissioners and <br /> Planning Board members to identify areas of <br /> mutual concern, establish tentative work <br /> priorities. and outline staff organizational <br /> changes needed to address planning program <br /> objectives. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: As the Board decides. <br />
