DRAFT JOINT PUBLIC HEARING PAGE 17 <br /> This agenda item is to receive public comment on <br /> proposed text amendments to the Subdivision <br /> Regulations. <br /> Changes have occurred in the North Carolina <br /> Uniform Plat Law which establish minimum and <br /> maximum dimensions for subdivision plats - no <br /> smaller than 8-1/2"xll" or greater than 21"x30" . <br /> Margin dimensions are also established - 1-1/2" on <br /> the left border and 1/2" on all other borders. <br /> The current Subdivision Regulations allow either <br /> (a) 21"x30" .
