Since Homestead Road is on the approved Chapel Hill-Carrboro Thoroughfare <br /> • plan, there should be a dedication of additional Right-of-Way from LOT <br /> which would provide an additional 20 feet (same as 50 feet from the existing <br /> centerline). <br /> 2.
