Collins noted that any further subdivi- <br /> sion would have to come back to the Planning Board <br /> for approval since the subdivision was considered <br /> RrT <br /> "major" in classification. <br /> Discussion followed about septic systems and <br /> repair fields with Jones noting that David Hecht, <br /> Health Inspector, indicated there should be no <br /> problems if a system should need replacing. <br /> Hubbard commented that be felt the recolw lendation <br /> of a sixty (60' ) foot easement/greenway by the <br /> , Recreation and, Parks Director should be imple- <br /> mented. Collins reminded the Board that Oak Rise <br /> Subdivision was the first where the Recreation <br /> Director's recommendation for a sixty foot <br /> easement was approved. A. subdivision was approved <br /> by the Commissioners on an adjacent piece of <br /> property without an easement. Collins continued <br /> that his recommendation to Ms. Bi-ck was that <br /> until such time as the Recreation Plan was <br /> adopted, that such recommendations not be sent. <br /> forward. He felt that without specific guidelines <br /> such recommendations could not be enforced <br /> Hubbard <br /> rdroffered as a friendly amend the require- <br /> ment 60' easement/greenway. This was not <br /> accepted by Kra er but be asked that the Recre- <br /> ation Advisory Council be informed. <br /> MOTION: Hubbard then offered as an amendment a 60' <br /> easement/greenway. Seconded by Margison. <br /> VOTE: 2 in favor. <br /> 9 opposed. <br /> Yuhasz commented that the only easement required <br /> is the 30 foot drainage easement as recommended by <br /> the S & E Officer. <br /> VOTE ON ORIGINAL <br /> MOTION: g in favor. <br /> 2 opposed. <br /> mu.
