Mr. Gates <br /> wishes to subdivide his property. This subdivision would <br /> require a Class A road with a 500 right-of-way, Mr . Gates <br /> cannot obtain the additional right-of-way from the adjoining <br /> property owners. The Board of Commissioners referred the <br /> matter to the Planning Board for a recommended resolution . <br /> IMPACT: It is understood that, If a partial width right-of-way Is <br /> approved, Mr. Gates will apply for a major subdivision of <br /> his property to create a lot for each of his three daugh- <br /> ters . <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Board recommends approval as a Class B road in <br /> a 40' partial width right-of-way. <br />
