The Planning Board approved a 25 <br /> foot wide Partial Width Right-of-Way in the same location on <br /> October 115, 1984. The Subdivision Regulations regarding <br /> Partial Width Right-of-Way were revised on November 19, <br /> 1985; therefore, a decision Is again needed on this minor <br /> subdivision partial width right-of-way. <br /> IMPACT: A minor subdivision of three lots and remainder for her <br /> children would be possible . <br /> This road has been used for 50 years . <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Pllanning Board recommends approval of the partial width <br /> right-of-way of 30 feet . <br />
