0 <br /> IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED as follows: <br /> 1. That each Respondent Company shall reply, in separate responses, to <br /> the response of the Complainant filed on July 11, 1986, to the extent that the <br /> joint information is not contained in the oint response filed May 20, <br /> 1986 . The replies of the Respondents shall be filed with the Commission on <br /> or before August 29, 1986. <br /> 2. That on and after September 1, 1986, the Respondents shall implement <br /> the following tests and reports; provided, however, that the Respondents may <br /> file comments on the testing program on or before August 25, 1986. If comments <br /> are filed, the Commission will consider them and issue a further Order. <br /> I. Future Toll Service Outages <br /> Centel , General , and AT&T shall individually report to the Commission any <br /> conditions with their respective facilities which disrupt toll service into <br /> and/or out of the Hillsborough exchange. The report shall be made in writing <br /> as soon as possible after discovery of the service affecting condition. The <br /> report shall indicate the nature of the problem, the date and duration of the <br /> disruption and the corrective action taken. <br /> II. Hillsborough Originated Completion Tests <br /> Centel shall report to the Commission on a monthly basis: <br /> 1. the results of intraLATA DDD completion tests from Hillsborough to <br /> Chapel Hill , Durham, and Raleigh such that during each month, at <br /> least one hundred (100) test calls are placed to each of the above <br /> exchanges. The tests should be placed during the busy hour(s) of <br /> normal working days and spread throughout the month. <br /> 2. the results of interLATA DDD completion tests from Hillsborough to <br /> Mebane, Roxboro, and Hickory such that during each month, at least <br /> one hundred (100) test calls are placed to each of the above <br /> exchanges. The test calls should be placed during the busy hour(s) <br /> of normal working days and spread throughout the month. <br /> III. Completion Tests Originated from Other Exchanges <br /> General shall report to the Commission on a monthly basis: <br /> 1. the results of intraLATA DDD completion test calls from Durham into <br /> Hillsborough such that, during each month at least two hundred (200) <br /> test calls have been placed during the busy hour(s) of normal working <br /> days and spread ad throu hout the month. <br /> Centel shall report to the Commission on a monthly basis: <br /> 1. the results of interLATA DDD completion test calls from Roxboro, <br /> Asheboro, and Hickory into Hillsborough such that, during each month <br /> at least one hundred (100) test calls have been placed from each of <br /> the above exchanges. The test calls should be placed during the busy <br /> hour(s) of normal working days and spread throughout the month. <br /> P <br />
