Utilities Commission in a <br /> letter dated August 20, 1986, Central will begin test calls as <br /> prescribed on September 1, 1986 and will continue for six months and <br /> will.report. the results- to the North Carolina Utilities Commission, <br /> the Public Staff and the Orange County Board of Commissioners for <br /> their review. <br /> "D.
