O2 <br /> Central's Response: <br /> Following is Central's record of events: <br /> April 8: The AT&T's Long Distance Network (CCS function) <br /> went down at approximately 11:00 AM and was not <br /> restored until 1:15 PM. Central contacted both <br /> General and AT&T concerning outages. <br /> April 9: Central experienced sporadic problems <br /> throughout the day. Although the times <br /> are estimated, the network first went <br /> down at approximately 8:45 AM and was back on line <br /> at approximately 9:20 AM. The second outage occurred ,-- <br /> at approximately 11:00 AM and was beckon line at approxi- <br /> mately 11:45 AM; the third outage occurred at <br /> approximately 1:30 PM and was beckon line at <br /> approximately 3:30 PM. Central contacted both <br /> General and AT&T concerning all. outages. <br /> April 10: Central's records indicate the AT&T Long Distance <br /> Network (CCS function) went down at approximately <br /> 9:30 AM and was not restored until approximately <br /> 10:00 AM. The AT&T Long Distance Network (GCS <br /> function) went down again at approximately 12:30 PM <br /> and this time was not restored until approximately <br /> 2:30 PM. Central contacted AT&T again to refer <br /> problems to higher management. <br /> • <br /> 3 -- <br /> • <br />
