Secondly, to add the removal of 500 <br /> square feet of terrazzo tile. <br /> NEED: Item One. <br /> The 24 gage metal roof was specified because it was unknown <br /> that the existing roof had a plywood decking. <br /> Item Two. <br /> The terrazzo tile is one inch higher than the existing floor <br /> and needs to be removed; this could not be detected before <br /> partitions were removed. <br /> IMPACT: The credit of the roof gage change is $7,995. 00 and the tile <br /> removal is $334. 00 giving a net credit of $7, 661. 00 <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : <br /> To approve this change order. <br />
