• 056 <br /> 3 . Only one ( 1 ) mobile home may be erected on any mobile home space <br /> at one- time . <br /> 4 . Each mobile home must be placed on a permanent stand or pad built <br /> to the specifications listed below. - <br /> a. Each stand must comply with those standards specified in the <br /> - - . - , • - . . R- -ulat •ns or Mob e Ro es - f . <br /> Modular Sousing" . The remaining area of the stand (that <br /> area of the stand which extends beyond the area on which the <br /> unit has been placed) must have a base of at least three <br /> inches of compacted crushed stone, gravel, or paved slab . <br /> b . The location of each mobile home stand must be at a• <br /> elevation, distance and angle in relation to the adjapen • <br /> access drive so that placement and removal of the mobil:. <br /> home is practical by means of customary moving equipment. <br /> c .
