Storage buildings (no longer than 12 feet by 12 feet in base, an <br /> 10- feet in height) for individual mobile home spaces . <br /> g. Fenced, communal storage areas provided by the park operator fo <br /> boats, campers, and other accessory vehicles belonging to par <br /> residents. <br /> h. A mobile home park shall be divided into mobile home spaces, wit <br /> the. limits of each space clearly established on the ground b <br /> permanent stakes_ The minimum area of a space shall be to <br /> . thousand ( 10 ,000) square feet per living unit; provided , howeve <br /> that the Orange County- Health Department may increase the minimu <br /> area requirement for the park - and/or individual spaces wher <br /> necessary to be consistent with groundwater resources and/o <br /> limitations of sewage disposal systems . (See definition o <br /> *mobile home space," Article 22 of this ordinance.) The spec <br /> shall be of sufficient size to meet minimum dimensional , area an <br /> separation requirements for the anticipated size and character o <br /> the mobile home and any additions to be placed on the space. (Se <br /> 8.8 .26 .4.4d of this section for separation requirements.) <br /> 2 . The location of the mobile home spaces on the ground shall b <br /> approximately the same as those shown on the approved plans. Th <br /> degree of accuracy obtainable by working with a scale an the pla <br /> and then a tape on the ground is acceptable. Precise engineerin <br /> or surveying of space limits is not required either on the plan <br /> or on the ground . <br /> 7-39 . _ <br />
