Customary accessory buildings and facilities necessary <br /> operation of the mobile home park is which they are Located . <br /> t. Sales of mobite rzomes to be located within the district <br /> permitted only for mobile homes which are already located <br /> approved and established mobile homer lots or spaces . <br /> 20 .4 PnalAAMent Reoui=ements ?or Mobile some Parkg, <br /> a) Mobile home space requirements are specified below.- <br /> 1 . A mobile home park shall be divided into mobile home spaces, w. <br /> the limits of each space clearly established on the ground <br /> permanent stakes. The minimum area of a space shall be <br /> thousand ( 10 ,000) square feet per living unit; provided , hove- <br /> that the Orange County Health Department may increase the miniz <br /> area requirement for the park - and/or individual spaces who <br /> necessary to be consistent with groundwater resources and, <br /> limitations of sewage disposal systems . (See definition <br /> *mobile home space,* Article 22 of this ordinance.) The spa <br /> shall be of sufficient size to meet minimum dimensional , area <br /> separation requirements for the anticipated size and character <br /> the mobile home and any additions to be placed on the space . (: <br /> 8.8 .26 .4.4d of this section for separation requirements.) <br /> 2 .
