These mobile hone <br /> parks are considered to be non conforming. <br /> The adopted amendments require that replacement of mobile <br /> home units in non-conforming mobile home parks be subject to <br /> the following provisions: <br /> 1) a 10,000 square foot space per mobile home unit <br /> 2) a permanent stand for each mobile home unit <br /> 3) setback requirements for each space: <br /> 25' setback from road and/or road right-of- <br /> way <br /> - 10 ' setback from rear/side lines of the <br /> space <br /> fit) a 180 square foot patio for each space <br /> 5) two (2) off-street parking spaces for each space <br /> 6) a walkway connecting each mobile home area unit to <br /> the patio and parking area <br /> The requirements are more specifically spelled out in. <br /> Sections 6 .21 .1a) and 7 .20 .4a) of the Orange County Zoning <br /> Ordinance which are attached for your information . <br /> Please contact the Orange County Planning Department if you <br /> have any questions on this matter. <br /> Hillsborough 732-8181 <br /> Mebane 2272031 <br /> Durham 888-7331 <br /> Chapel Hill 98T-925I <br />
