' ul <br /> 6.13.1 General Applicability 0 3 <br /> 1(7 After the effective date of this ordinance, any use estab- <br /> lished or changed to, and any building, structure, or land (:- <br /> • developed, constructed or used for, any Permitted Principal - <br /> Use, shall comply with all of the performance stanclA+-ds <br /> herein set forth for the district involved. These perfor- <br /> mance standards shall apply only in- commercial and industrial <br /> districts. - <br /> 6.13.2 Application To Extensions, Enlargements, Etc. <br /> If any existing use or building or other structure is ex- <br /> tended, enlarged, or reconstructed, the performance stand- <br /> ards for the district involved shall apply with respect <br /> to such extended, enlarged, or reconstructed portion or <br /> portions of such use, building, or other structure. <br /> 6.13.3 Wired Compliance By Non-Conforming Situations <br /> Within twenty-four months of the effective date of this <br /> ordinance, all presently existing uses of lands, buildings <br /> or other structures shall comply with the performance <br /> standards as herein set forth for the district involved. <br /> 6.14 Supplementary Performance Standards <br /> i The following performance standard shall be supplementary <br /> to the standards contained applicable in the areas subject <br /> to the jurisdication of this ordinance in the district <br /> indicated. <br /> 6.14.1 Electrical Disturbance Or Interference <br /> No Permitted Use, Special Use or Accessory Use in any commer- <br /> cial or industrial district shall: <br /> a) Create any electrical disturbance that adversely affects any <br /> operations or equipment other than those of the creator of <br /> such disturbance; or <br /> b) Otherwise cause, create, or contribute to the interfere <br /> with electronic signals (including television, and radio <br /> broadcasting transmissions) to the extent that the operation <br /> of any equipment not owned by the creator of such disturbance <br /> is adversely affected. <br /> 6.14.2 Noise <br /> a) Within any LC-1, 0-I, EI or 1-1 district; no permitted Prin- <br /> ciple Use, Special Use or Accessory Use shall generate noise <br /> that tends to have an annoying or disruptive effect upon uses (- <br /> located outside the immediate space occupied by that use <br /> 6-15 <br />
