The report shall contain any <br /> • layout plans, sketches, or photographs that are <br /> restrictions, mineral rights, leases, and any <br /> known, but unrecorded, interests of other parties. <br /> Sufficient information shall be furnished to <br /> disclose the probable effect of such outstanding <br /> interests on the title of the record owner. <br /> (5) Outstanding special assessments, if any, for public <br /> improvements such as streets, sidewalks, public <br /> utilities, and similar public facilities; <br /> (6) The amount of real estate taxes for the current <br /> year and the assessed valuation stated separately <br /> for land and for improvements. <br /> SECTION V <br /> TIME OF PERFORMANCE. <br /> The preparation and delivery of the required appraisal <br /> reports by the APPRAISER, as outlined in the applicable <br /> sections of this agreement, shall be completed within thirty <br /> (30) calendar days after the APPRAISER has received a Notice <br /> to Proceed issued by the COUNTY. <br /> It is understood by the parties to this agreement that <br /> the time within which the work is to be performed is of <br /> primary importance and of the essence of this agreement. <br /> The APPRAISER will proceed with the work outlined herein in <br /> such sequence and order as to the different parcels as the <br /> COUNTY may, in writing, direct, and will furnish and deliver <br /> the appraisal reviews and price recommendations to the COUNTY <br /> as soon as completed. <br />
