6. Reservations in Owners. Furnish the COUNTY, if <br /> requested by the COUNTY the APPRAISER'S estimate of the value <br /> of any •right or interest proposed to be reserved by the owner <br /> in a property appraised by the APPRAISER, including such <br /> reservations as mineral rights, an easement for access to <br /> other property of the owner, the right to continue occupancy <br /> for an extended period after the COUNTY acquired the pro- <br /> perty, or the right to remove any building, structure, <br /> fixture or other improvement, or a part thereof, at the <br /> owner's expense and without cost to the COUNTY. The compen- <br /> sation to be paid to the APPRAISER for furnishing any such <br /> valuations, and such data and analyses as may be required to <br /> support the valuations shall be determined, as applicable, in <br /> accordance with the provisions of SECTION VI. <br /> 7. Retention of Appraisal Records. Retain a copy of <br /> each appraisal report and all notes and records germane to <br /> the appraisal for three years after delivering the appraisal <br /> report to the COUNTY or until the property is acquired by the <br /> COUNTY or its proposed acquisition of the property is aband- <br /> oned, whichever is the later. <br /> 8. Consultation with COUNTY. Advise and consult with <br /> the COUNTY and its legal counsel regarding services performed <br /> and to be performed by the APPRAISER and the real property <br /> acquisition aspects of the COUNTY plan and programs as <br /> related to the properties involved in this agreement, at such <br /> time or times as may be mutually convenient for the parties <br /> to this agreement, without additional charge to the Agency. <br /> The APPRAISER shall initiate such consultations whenever he <br /> is in doubt as to whether an element of property is real or <br /> personal property or needs legal advise on any aspect of the <br /> appraisals to be furnished under this agreement. There shall <br /> be no charge by any party for such consultations except as <br /> may be outlined in SECTION VI. <br /> SECTION IV <br /> CONTENTS OF APPRAISAL REPORTS <br /> Each appraisal report to be furnished by the APPRAISER <br /> under this agreement shall contain certain information and <br /> the APPRAISER'S conclusions and opinions, together with the <br /> data and analyses by which they were derived, as set forth <br /> below. A separate report shall be submitted for each parcel. <br /> However, if more than one parcel is to be appraised, all <br /> general data may be included in separate data volume that is <br /> referenced in the separate appraisal reports on the indivi- <br /> dual parcels. The appraisal reports on each parcel shall <br /> include the following: <br /> 1. Appraisal Summary. A cover sheet headed <br /> "Appraisal Report for the County of Orange, North Carolina <br /> that provides the following: <br />
