2 . Furnish to the ENGINEERS , as required for performance <br /> of their services , existing site s e information such as <br /> property boundaries , easements , rights-of-way and deed <br /> restrictions , etc . <br /> 3 . Obtain access for the ENGINEERS to enter upon public <br /> and private property as required for performance of <br /> services described herein . <br /> 4 . Render in a reasonable time , in writing , as requested <br /> by the ENGINEER, responses to questions or requests <br /> made by the ENGINEER that may be necessary to complete <br /> portions of the work . <br /> 5 . Give prompt written notice to the ENGINEERS whenever <br /> the OWNER observe or are advised of any deficiencies or <br /> changed circumstances in this project . This shall not <br /> however reduce the responsibility of the ENGINEERS to <br /> perform these duties in a competent and professional <br /> manner and will not relieve the ENGINEER of any <br /> liability for his design . <br /> 6 . Furnish the ENGINEERS in a timely manner with copies of <br /> pertinent correspondence relating to this project which <br /> would not otherwise have been delivered to the <br /> ENGINEERS. <br /> ARTICLE VIII - TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT <br /> If, through any cause, the ENGINEER shall fail to fulfill in <br /> a timely and proper manner his obligations under this Contract , <br /> or if ENGINEERS shall violate any of the stipulations of this <br /> Page 9 of 11 <br />
