multiplied by the payroll cost and designated multiplier , plus <br /> costs for mileage , travel , and other allowable expenses during <br /> the previous month as set forth in Article IV of this Agreement . <br /> The ENGINEERS shall submit monthly statements requesting <br /> payment , supplemented or accompanied by such supporting data as <br /> may be required by the OWNER . The OWNER shall act upon the <br /> ENGINEERS ' requests for payment within thirty (30) calendar days <br /> after receipt . <br /> ARTICLE VI - PERSONNEL AND FACILITIES <br /> The ENGINEERS hereby state that they now have or will secure <br /> at their expense , including subcontractors , all personnel and <br /> facilities required to perform the services set forth under this <br /> Agreement . All personnel assigned to work under this Contract <br /> shall be fully qualified . Services shall be provided in <br /> accordance with national , state, and local statutes , ordinances , <br /> codes and regulations , and with accepted engineering practices . <br /> The ENGINEERS may subcontract certain portions of the work <br /> included under this Agreement including , but not limited to , <br /> surveys , geotechnical and special testing services . <br /> Subcontractor payment shall be in accordance with Article IV . <br /> ARTICLE VII - SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE OWNER <br /> It is agreed and understood that certain assistance will be <br /> furnished by the OWNER, such as the following : <br /> 1. Assist the ENGINEERS by placing at their disposal all <br /> available information pertinent to the project , <br /> including previous reports , etc . <br /> Page 8 of 11 <br />
