1.13L- <br /> (3) North 83002'03" East a distance of 14.32 <br /> feet, along Hill(Lloyd) Street to the point and place <br /> of BEGINNING, all as shown on that certain "Drainage <br /> Easement Map" by the John R. McAdams Company, Inc., <br /> dated April 18, 1986. <br /> TRACT TWO: <br /> BEING fifteen feet (15') on both sides of the <br /> centerline of the drainage ditch presently located on <br /> the aforementioned property. <br /> The said easement is granted for the purpose of <br /> constructing, operating and maintaining a drainage way- or <br /> drainage ditch, together with the right to cut and remove such <br /> trees, growth, and other natural or man made obstructions in, <br /> upon and along said drainage easement as may interfere with the <br /> installation, laying, upkeep and maintenance of said drainage <br /> easement. <br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the aforesaid rights, privileges and <br /> easements unto the party of the second part, and its successors <br /> and assigns, for its use and enjoyment forever, so that neither <br /> the party of the first part nor any other persons claiming <br /> through the said party of the first part, will nor may hereafter <br /> claim or demand any right or title to the rights, privileges and <br /> easements herein, but the party of the first part shall by these <br /> presents be excluded and forever barred. <br /> IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has <br /> caused this easement to be signed by its duly authorized parties <br /> and its seal to be hereunto affixed by authority of its Board of <br /> Commissioners the day and year first above written. <br /> THE ORANGE COUNTY BOARD <br /> OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> BY: <br /> Chairman <br /> (SEAL) <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Clerk of the Board <br />
