Staff is requesting that legal proceedings be <br /> initiated to bring the property owner into compliance with the <br /> Orange County Zoning Ordinance. The violation is as follows: <br /> CHARLE$_AND_ MAR ELYll_ U <br /> CHEEKS TWP. TAX MAP 51A LOT 2 <br /> SEVEN MILE FALLS <br /> The property owner is operating a Motor Vehicle Repair Shop <br /> (See attached map) . A garage which serves as the shop was <br /> being constructed on the property without building and zoning <br /> permits. The property owner was notified of the required <br /> permits of which he obtained. The restrictions on the building <br /> permit stated that the "garage is for single family home and <br /> will not be used for business" . The property is zoned R-1 <br /> (Rural Residential ) . Use of the property for a motor vehicle <br /> repair shop Is not permitted in a R--1 district. <br /> The property owner was notified of the zoning violations on <br /> September 30, 1985, August 4, 1986, August 29, 1986 and Sep- <br /> tember 4, 1986 .
