Special Use Permit or a Planned <br /> Development District.. <br /> 6 .21 <br /> Amended <br /> 3-18-86 • <br /> 6 .21 .1 ggjstine or New Mobile Home Parks <br /> a) Existing mobile home parks that do not meet the <br /> 40070 ,P <br /> standards set forth in Articles 5, 6 and T shall be <br /> considered nos-conforming. Such parks shall not expand <br /> in- any wayr beyond the existing developed portions, but <br /> shall be allowed to remove and replace units existing <br /> within the existing park at the time of adoption of this <br /> section. Only the replacement and location of units- on - <br /> an existing: mobile home space shall be permitted <br /> provided the total number of units does not exceed- the - <br /> number.- existing at the. time that the mobile home park <br /> became non conforming; and, provided ( 1) that the. <br /> existing waste treatment system is functioning properly. <br /> and (2) that the space be improved in accordance with <br /> Subsect on . f . , a o • s or- nance. 7 emova - . • <br /> replacement of such units sha11 wit be considered <br /> expansion of the non conforming use. <br /> b) New mobile home parks or portions of existing mobile <br /> home parks- that have been previously approved, but have <br /> not constructed substantial improvements or do not have <br /> sewage disposal systems installed. on the data of <br /> adoption of this section shall meet all applicable <br /> standards for new mobile home parks as set forth in <br /> Article 5r 6 and T and any other standards required for - <br /> the zoning district in which it is located . <br /> c) Substantial improvements shall include, but not be <br /> limited to , sewage disposal systems, water systems, <br /> roads , parking areas , recreational facilities and mobile <br /> home pads . <br /> 6 .21 .2 Mobile Homes on Individual. Lots. - - <br /> Amended <br /> 3-18,.86 . <br /> a) Mobile homes , as principal residential buildings on <br /> individual lots , in existence at the- time of the <br /> 6-25 <br />
