• ARTICLE 4 DISTRICT STATEMENTS OF INTEREST AND APPLICATION ' CRITERIA <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS <br /> Article 4.2 identifies the <br /> criteria which will normally <br /> be used to determine the <br /> application of a zoning district <br /> designation.
