It is <br /> being forwarded to U.S. Transportation Secretary Elizabeth Dole, all members of <br /> the North Carolina Congressional delegation and to the President. We believe <br /> that similar resolutions from local governments in the Region will be important <br /> in this effort. <br /> If your council or commission wishes to pass such a resolution please forward it <br /> to the same individuals and to the COG.
