STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA AMENDMENT TO <br /> COUNTY OF ORANGE AGREEMENT FOR <br /> CONSULTANT SERVICES <br /> This Amendment, made and entered into by and between the Town of <br /> Chapel Hill, herein "Town" and Orange County for services as <br /> hereinafter described within the Town of Chapel Hill. <br /> WITNESSETH <br /> That for and in consideration of the mutual promises conditions <br /> set forth below, the Town and Consultant agree to the following <br /> amendments to the Agreement for Consultant Services dated May 28, <br /> 1986: <br /> DUTIES OF CONSULTANT <br /> Amend A. 8. by inserting a new second sentence in the second <br /> paragraph: <br /> "The Housing Finance Agency has a deadline for the Town to <br /> encumber fifty percent (50%) of its FY 1985 allocation of $75,000 <br /> ($37, 500 encumbered) by September 30, 1986." <br /> 2. C. FEE SCHEDULE <br /> Amend C. 1 . by deleting the second sentence in its entirety, and <br /> inserting a new second sentence: <br /> "This agreement covers a maximum of 23 units, for a total not to <br /> exceed $18,400 .
