STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA <br /> COUNTY OF WAKE <br /> August 26, 1986 <br /> AMENDMENT <br /> This agreement amends the agreement between the NC Department of Human <br /> Resources, Governor's Waste Management Board, hereinafter referred to as <br /> "Department" and Orange County, hereinafter referred to as "Contractor," and <br /> dated the 18th day of February, 1986. <br /> As provided for under the terms of this agreement, the Department and <br /> the Contractor agree to amend the following provisions: <br /> 1 ) Reference number 2(a) - change the termination date to December 31, 1986. <br /> 2) Reference number 9 - change the termination date to December 31 , 1986 and <br /> add the following sentence: <br /> The final project report, budget summary, and Phase II workplan are due <br /> no later than January 31, 1987. <br /> All other terms and conditions as set forth in the original agreement as <br /> signed shall remain in effect for the duration of this agreement. <br /> r1 � <br /> Contractor Date <br /> 'H <br /> Department of umdd Resources Date <br />
