11 <br /> and maintenance for office space, telephone service, long- <br /> distance telephone calls, and travel. Attorneys are not to <br /> be reimubrsed for any extrordinary expense .incident to <br /> performing the services included under this agreement; <br /> except, that County agrees to pay all court costs and filing <br /> fees which are required to be paid in conjunction with <br /> services provided by the attorneys under this agreement. <br /> 6. Attorneys further agree to attend at least one <br /> regional training session on Child Support Enforcement per <br /> year conducted by the State Child Support Enforcement Agency. <br /> ? Reimbursement shall be made based upon the hourly rate but <br /> not to exceed a maximum of $200 .00 for the full two-day <br /> session or $100 for each day attended or such amount as set <br /> by the State Child Support Enforcement Agency. With the <br /> prior approval of the Orange County Child Support Enforcement <br /> Director, Attorneys may attend training functions other than <br /> those conducted by the State Child Support Enforcement <br /> a <br /> Agency. If attendance is approved , Attorneys shall be <br /> reimbursed for travel and per diem at the prevailing Orange <br /> 8 County rate. Attorneys shall not be reimubrsed at the hourly <br /> rate for attendance at any such non-State Child Support <br /> Enforcement Agency training function. <br /> IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, said parties have executed <br /> this contract in triplicate originals, one of which is to be <br /> retained by County, one of which is to be retained by <br /> Attorneys, and one of which is to be filed with. the Child <br /> 3 <br />
