11�. <br /> G. FEDERAL REQUIREMENTS <br /> 1. The Consultant shall permit the authorized representatives of the <br /> Town, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and the <br /> Comptroller General of the United States to inspect and audit all. data, <br /> and records relating to performance under this contract until the <br /> expiration of three (3) years after final payment.. <br /> 2. The Consultant will comply with all assurances and certifications <br /> contained in subpart K of 24 CFR 570. The Consultant will comply with <br /> the requirements of OMB Circulars A-87 and A-102.. <br /> 3. In the event that the Consultant shall fail to provide satisfactory <br /> services or shall fail to render satisfactory performance, then and <br /> in that event the Town may terminate this agreement without further <br /> cause. <br /> The Town will monitor the timeliness and quality of the County's work; <br /> compliance with federal and contract requirements; and adequacy of <br /> reports. These factors shall determine whether the services provided <br /> are satisfactory. <br /> 4. The Town and the Consultant may agree to terminate this agreement <br /> at any time in whole or in part. In that event, all finished or <br /> unfinished documents and other materials shall, at the option of the <br /> Town, become its property. <br /> 5. No officer, member, or employee of the County, and no member of its <br /> governming body nor other public official of the governing body of the - <br /> locality in which work pursuant to this contract is being carried out, <br /> who exercises any functions or responsibilities in the review or <br /> approval of the undertaking or carrying out of the aforesaid work, <br /> shall: <br /> 1) Participate in any decision relating to this contract which af£edts <br /> his personal financial interest or the interest of any corporation, . <br /> partnership, or association in which he has, directly or indirectly, <br /> any interest; or <br /> 2) Have any.financial interest, direct or indirect, in rehabilitation <br /> contracts or rehabilitation work performed under this program. <br />
