That if approved septic sites are not found on Lots 6 and 7, their <br /> preliminary and final plats should clearly indicate that building per- <br /> mits shall not be issued until adequate sewage disposal is assured. <br /> 2. That the 50 foot right-of-way be extended to the eastern-most property <br /> line of Lot 7; and a temporary T--turn around constructed for use until <br /> such time that the road is extended. <br /> 3. That Lake Hogan Lane be improved to 18 feet width. <br /> 4. That you check with OWASA on the existing water lines in that area; con- <br /> tingent upon the location of OWASA lines, the Town suggests that a <br /> fire hydrant be installed at the north west corner of the intersection <br /> of Lake Hogan Farm Road and Lake Hogan Lane. <br /> If you have any questions or desire additional clarification of any information <br /> presented in this letter, please give me a call. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> silf-47A0 <br /> G.
