That if approved septic sites are not found on Lots 6 and 7, their <br /> preliminary and final plats should clearly indicate that building per- <br /> mits shall not be issued until adequate sewage disposal is assured. <br /> 2. That the 50 foot right-of-way be extended to the eastern-most property <br /> line of Lot 7; and a temporary T--turn around constructed for use until <br /> such time that the road is extended. <br /> 3. That Lake Hogan Lane be improved to 18 feet width. <br /> 4.
