The property is referenced as <br /> Lots 23 and 23A of Tax Map 109 . It is bordered by agricultural <br /> and residential development . The tract is designated as Twenty <br /> Year Transition on the Land Use Plan . This property is within <br /> the Joint Planning Area which requires courtesy review from the <br /> Carrboro Planning Department . <br /> There are six (6) lots proposed out of 13.9 acres . The lot <br /> sizes are 1 . 4 acres, 2.9 acres, 3. 1 acres and 1 .5 acres (3 <br /> lots) excluding the rights-of-way. The property is zoned R-1 <br /> (Rural -Residential ) . <br /> An Orange County Class "B" private road (Lake Hogan Lane) is <br /> proposed to provide access to the lots in the subdivision . <br /> Fire protection for the property is provided by the .
